Registration for Winter and Spring Sessions is separate. This form is for the WINTER Session beginning on 1/20/25.
This program is for kids from about age 5 through young adulthood.
Slots are limited to 15 per session. (We will open a waitlist, if needed.)
Please note time slot changes this year: 4:30 - 5:30 pm OR 5:45-6:45 pm. Sessions will start and end promptly.
You will receive an email once your spot is confirmed, which will also let you know how to pay the registration fee. *A $10 fee is being charged this year to hold your child’s slot and will be used to cover our overhead costs. This fee is not refundable. (The email is sent manually, thank you for your patience as Dr. Wojton will not be able to reply immediately.)
*There may be scholarships available for the registration fee. We do not want ability to pay to get in the way of participation. You may contact Dr Wojton at the above email to request a scholarship.
